* Family, friends mourn train accident victims
(Trumbull-WTNH) _ An emotional night in Trumbull Sunday, as friends and family of the victims in last week's deadly train crash gather to mourn the loss of the Urgiles family. They were killed Tuesday after being hit by an Amtrak train in Fairfield. The mother and her four boys were walking alongside the tracks in the middle of the night. The tragedy touched the entire community.
New Channel 8's Jocelyn Sigue reports.

Hundreds of mourners started arriving an hour early at Trumbull's Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to pay their respects to 47-year-old Julia Toledo, and her four boys; Carlos, age 12, Jose, age 10, Angel, six, and Pedro three. All were killed when hit by an Amtrak train in Fairfield early Tuesday morning. Some visitors, friends, many strangers, all share the same sadness.

Emma Lopez, Friend: "I think I can't explain - it's so sad."

Grace Romero, Ridgefield: "It was important because children were involved and we pray."

Candido Santos, Trumbull: "I got children too and what if that happened to me."

Inside the children write on the caskets for Carlos, Jose and Angel. Some just leave their names. Others write messages.

Jocelyn: "What did you write?"
Steve Barona, Stamford: "I'll always remember you."
Javier Padilla: "I'll always remember you."

As they remember friends continue asking questions. Why did Toledo bring her children to those train tracks at 2:00 am. What was she running to, or from?

Toledo's estranged husband, the boys' father and a catholic was not present at today's Mormon service. He flew in Friday from their native Ecuador hoping to bury his family there. But Toledo and her boys will be buried in Easton Monday.

Julia Toledo will be buried with her youngest son Pedro. The two middle boys, Jose and Angel, will be buried together, and the oldest boy Carlos will be buried alone.
