Authorities say the drug is prevalent on the club scene among people ages 17 to 25. Special K can be snorted, ingested in capsules, smoked with marijuana, or dissolved in water for drinking. Last week in Oxford, two teenagers were arrested for possessing two bottles of Special K in its original liquid form.
