quiet neighborhood, a lot of children live here." Jayne Saffer: "But you have never seen him?" Hamilton: "No." Neighbors say Urban moved into his house on Laurel Grove Road a few weeks ago. A homeowner says he met the woman who owns the house over the internet. Urban served 10 years for his rape and assault convictions, and was then committed to a prison run treatment center for sex offenders. We tried to talk to him at the house where he lives but no one came to the door. Sara Oramos, Billerica, MA: "Its scary. I don't want to live near a rapist, you know, especially molesting children that's terrible." Urban petitioned to be released from the treatment hospital, and was let go last year. But a spokesman for the Massachusetts Department of Correction says that should never have happened. Corrections Officer Tony Carnevale said, "we adamantly opposed his release. Our experts, people who provide treatment services, psychologists and security staff at the institution all presented evidence that he remained a threat to society and should not be released." UConn police say they hope to serve Urban with other arrest warrants related to his appearances on campus the past month. They said he could be potentially charged with disorderly conduct, threatening and stalking.
